Due to the nature of this brand, we do not accept returns under any circumstance. We do not want to add previously shipped items back into stock. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we do offer multiple ways to troubleshoot any problems. Please contact us within 10 days of your completed order to begin the troubleshooting process. After the 10 day grace period, there will be a $2 restock fee if you are issued a monetary refund.

Processing

Once your order has been completed through the website, you will recieve a confirmation email within 12-24 hours. Because this is an independent company and our products are handmade, please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed. After your order is processed you shall recieve another email stating that your order is ready to be shipped.

Shipping

Once processing is complete, you shall recieve a third email stating that your items have been shipped. Please allow 2-4 days for Expedited Shipping and 5-7 days for Standard Shipping. After your order is shipped, we are not liable for your package. If your products are delivered damaged, you must contact USPS for further investigation. If you have any problems before shipping is confirmed please contact us.
